We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon and loved our experience. The property was beautiful, the views spectacular, staff helpful and kind, room spacious and clean, and food fresh and delicious. We loved being able to hear the waves against the cliffs and the birds chirping. It's also helpful to note that you can benefit from using the amenities at the sister property next door as well.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice. Amazing breakfast, perfect with the rooftop pool and bar with very nice views of Funchal and the ocean. Also great with the Spa. I had a big and comfortable room with a kitchenette.

The whole atmosphere is of quiet friendliness; it’s charming. The garden is captivating, the pools are inviting. The restaurants are very nice, delicious food is presented in a lovely manner, and the service is attentive and friendly. The bed was great and our room was very comfortable.
