We arrived before the check in time and the room was ready and personalized. Excelente room with all expected facilities and a great view of Porto (see an early morning photo taken from our room). It is a very well located charming hotel with excelente service. It exceeded my expectation.

Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff could not be nicer. All the staff were very friendly including reception staff and bar staff. They were also very helpful giving us advice on places to go. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was one of the best we have had in a hotel.

We were extremely satisfied with Palacete Severo. The place is absolutely beautiful - peaceful, well maintained and full of charm. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming and attentive in every interaction. They went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.
