Torel Saboria is an exceptional place with a soul. The hotel is housed in a former soap factory, and the entrance through an old soap shop creates the magical feeling of sneaking into a hidden world. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and full of openness and positive energy—you could truly sense their pride in being part of this place. The design and décor honor the legacy of the building, while the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and infused with the welcoming scent of lavender from the moment you step inside. Everything we needed was there. And then there’s the patio—what a hidden gem of Porto! A small but charming pool with a jacuzzi, a complimentary sauna, and a beautiful garden spa. I honestly felt like Alice in Wonderland. I’d also like to highlight the restaurant and breakfast service. The room and hotel were beautiful, the staff were lovely, the basement swimming pool and sauna/steam room were very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection. This hotel is great value for money, and is in a perfect location to explore Porto.

Located on lovely pedestrian/touristic street in the heart of the city. Nearly everything in the city is a walkable distance away, so we never really needed to take the public transport/taxi unless we did day trips out of town. It's also about 5 minutes away from Sao Bento train station, so it was easy to get there even with our luggage. Staff was very nice, they recommanded restaurants to us, and helped us book them. One complementary drink voucher was given to each person in our party to enjoy at the hotel bar during happy hour. Room was clean, and water, Nespresso coffee pods, and tea sachets were replaced each day. Beds were also redone each day without having to ask for room service. Shower pressure was amazing.

we stayed here as family of 4. bedrooms are nice and spacious, location is great, just 10 mins walk to downtown, staffs are very helpful and friendly. daily breakfast and housekeeping service are spot on. Highly recommended this place. love it
