Lovely spacious room, good in-room facilities and great food. The reception staff are professional and so helpful. The f&b staff go above and beyond, remembering preferences and always friendly and chatty. More like a 5* hotel. The manager was often on hand and made a point of introducing himself and checking all was to my satisfaction. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off with a drink after a busy day too!

The staff are exceptionally good. From the security to the receptionist and kitchen were absolutely good. At the kitchen, Divine was great. Always available to provide any meal you want. The breakfast is continental and has everything available. The hotel gives you a very good view of the city at night. What a beautiful view. City center is very close to the hotel. It takes us about 20minutes walk from the hotel to the city center. I will sure come back to M Hotel.

The staff, everything was working properly. I expected less, so quite happy. The was always a taxi available, no wait, it was seamless to charge it to my room. Everything was so easy.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel's staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel's garden is splendid and well maintained. The breakfast food is diverse and delicious. The hotel & surroundings are very clean.

The location is perfect for the Convention centre. Walking distance. Hotel looks new. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. It has the plus of a good restaurant with incredible view. Staff was very professional and helpful.
