Luxury standards are clearly what the hotel aims for and largely achieves. There's a little of the 'standard hotel' feel in the corridors sometimes but the artwork shows an attempt to beat that. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with fantastic view towards the sea. Breakfast was generous and diverse, dinner options good.

We could not find a better hotel in Stockholm. We enjoy a lot staying in Downtown camper hotel . all facilities included . Restorant and food was delicious. Angela gave us a very warm welcoming in the restaurant. All facilities were includet , bar , spa , movie theater etc . We were more curious to explore the hotel than the city . I've stayed at the Reisen twice - once with my boyfriend for my birthday and another time, I booked the hotel for my parents when they visited Stockholm. Both times were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The best part of the stay is using the sauna and swimming pool! The fuzzy slippers and bathrobes in the room are a nice touch, too. The Reisen's location by the water in Gamla Stan is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. You can also walk across the street and take a boat ride to other areas of Stockholm.
