Exceptional stay. Executive Lounge service is amazing. Room on the 31st floor, great views. They gave us a free limousine ride to the opera concert at esplanade. Concierge, room service and all staff are so nice. Always a smile for the guest.

The room was really comfortable, clean, posh. It felt high end. I love the motorised curtains that opens up to the beautiful view of the Suntec Fountain of Wealth and Tanjung Rhu area. It was breath-taking. I had a good rest at night which I needed so much for this getaway. All thanks to the comfortable bed, and the minimal noise even when the room is situated near to the lift area. The location is fantastic with Millenia Walk, Suntec City, Marina Square nestled around the hotel. The breakfast spread was great, although I tried my best not to overeat.

Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.
