Our stay here was amazing, place is really nice, clean and well equipped. I loved the fact, that many things were provided :) The owner is very kind, it was easy to contact with them. Lovely house, everything is modern and new. We like the terrace and the sauna. There are 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, which are convenient for a big group. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good coffee machine and refrigerator. Very close to the trekking routes. Good communication with the host. Enough space for park 3cars.

Great place. Location is perfect, stuff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable rooms, nice and cozy. View from window is stunning. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and variable. I enjoyed my vacation there. And it was huge effort saving effect to climb on mountain from there, so I was able to make more than usual. Thank you a lot, and I will definitely come back my next birthday

We loved everything about our stay in Grand hotel Stary Smokovec. It was not our first time there, but it was the first time with our toddler and she had the absolute best time! The staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed. They also made special arrangement regarding our room - extra bed for no fee and bathrobe and cute slippers for our little one. The hotel is simply beautiful and has great amenities - The spa and wellness is very clean, well organised and super pleasant. Children can play in huge kids room close to the bar so the parents can enjoy coffee, drinks and even food while watching their children having great time. The restaurant was awesome - tasty food and many many options for breakfast, lunch and amazing a la carte dinner. Even special request of our daughter for a glass of milk in the evening was fulfilled! The hotel staff is a team of great professionals. The fact that there is private parking right in front of the hotel and the location of this hotel being in the center of Stary Smokovec is obviously a huge +. You can choose from variety of rooms, we had a junior suite and it was very spacious and quiet with a view from one side on Lomnicky stit and from the other on the sunrise above Poprad. We will definitely come back again!
