    Very nice place with perfect cuisine supply and great service. Breakfast is quite fresh and delicious, clean and warm vibe at the restaurant, staff is friendly and professional. Room is spacious with thoughtful decorations. Nice rooftop pool, sauna room and water therapy. Highly recommend the massage shop inside, delicate technique with decent price.

    Good boutique experience. The decor and aesthetic is charming. Staff is welcoming. Good breakfast buffet especially the variety of eggs on offer. The spa is also good - slightly more expensive than the massage available outside but worth the difference given convenience. Front desk helped us arrange cabs for city tour etc. Also a short walk to the beach.

    Very friendly staff/owner. Wonderful rooftop pool area. Steam sauna and whirlpools are a plus. Good and quiet location. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was good (once we ate). The room was spacious enough for three people. Laundry service worked well too...

    The tropical gardens very relaxing. Pools lovely and nicely landscaped surroundings. Attentive , personable , pleasant staff . Personalised engagement generally ! Plenty of space....extensive grounds . Varied buffet breakfast . We came just before Festive rush and thus calm and not noisy nor bustling .luckily . Position near fine beach across the road A four star hotel....yes since lacks finer points of higher ranking , more expensive hotel.resorts . Suited us for first time to Phuket.     Very friendly and helpful staff; went beyond requirements. Beautiful well kept gardens and setting with great views of the ocean. Rooms large and spacious with comfy bed. Excellent shower. Breakfast was plentiful and taken in the restaurant/bar overlooking the sea and Karon Beach. Good deals at Happy hour in the bar. The massage at the spa was excellent.

    Excellent oof top pool which is adult and kid friendly and sauna at the ground floor, very good breakfast buffet, baby cot was provided for free on requesr, and free on-site parking. Food at restaurant was amazing, and we didn't bother eating out for 95% of our time here. Massage available on-site - separate business. The staff are amazing, and ensured our stay was pleasant & relaxing. Will be visiting again in future.
