Property is spacious clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. There is a free tuk tuk service from the villa to the main road so that keeps you connected 24/7. Once you are on the main road you can go to Patong beach and bangla by foot or tuk tuk. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Staff is very helpful as well. We didn’t have any problems during our stay and would definitely visit again.

Excellent host who was very communicative and even made last minute changes for our group which were much appreciated. The villa is very spacious and all rooms very large. It has great views and despite what other reviews state, the hill is not that difficult - most taxi's were happy to take us up and Grab delivery's all came up. To walk it took 3-4 minutes and was steep, but not too bad at all. The villa manager Mr Ton was great - he helped out group with good tips and looked after us. He and his team also kept the villa secure, clean and cooked us an amazing lunch and breakfasts! Thanks Ton! The only room for improvement would be to put an AC unit in the communal lounge area as this would get very hot, but then again this is Thai style villa. 10/10 all round in all other aspects, thanks!

An ideal place to relax, large rooms, delicious breakfasts and lunch, a clean and spacious pool, and the staff is already like a big family to us. Our daughter grew up in this hotel! Great hotel, nice room, very clean. Staff is superfriendly and helpful. Location is perfect. The beach and Bangla Road are just a few minutes away. The restaurant serves delicious pizza and pasta. Will stay here again, for sure!

We traveled for vacation. We reached out a hotel in Patong but not near to Bangla. So Rak elegant was the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms and clean, all facilities was nice. we upgraded to a pool access room which was lovely. the lobby is nice but a little bet smaller than what was showing in the photos of the property. the hotel drivers and the staff are great and helpful. the room view on the pool is fantastic.
