I think it was my third time visiting this hotel for the past 10 years, and I have always enjoyed my stay here so far. I believe that Banyan Tree is one of the best hotels to stay while you are visiting Phuket, as it provides you with everything you need - a range of good restaurants, fine in-room dining, leisure facilities, etc. The hotel’s staff is also extremely polite and helpful.

    We stayed in this hotel while we were in Phuket for the marathon. So we knew we would not travel heavily but enjoy the passive vacation. This hotel provided everything we needed on-site: a delicious breakfast buffet, good dining options, SPA with a great masseuse, swimming pool, gym, sauna and beach nearby. In the beginning, they warned us that there might be noise due to the construction nearby, but the rooms were soundproof enough and we were not bothered at all.

    This place is just the definition of luxury. Everything is amazing. We were in a spa and pool villa and it is difficult to describe the two story space. The living area is almos the size of a tenis court with huge sofa, eating table, working area, kitchenette area. We had our private spa room with two massage beds, steam sauna... The bedroom just a dream made true, two showers, one in and one outside, jacuzzi... And the pool and resting area... Your jaw drops... Then two breakfast spots, restaurants... And the best of all the service.

    Beach is one of the best in Phuket - so clean and we swam in the sea everyday. It was perfect! Breakfast and restaurant was excellent so much choice and when we did eat in the evenings, the food was lovely, fresh, with plenty of choice. Staff were so nice - always polite, professional, smiling and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, massage places nearby and on the beach. Room was so spacious and claen with a seaview - perfect. Best sunsets from the hotel.

    scenic , deluxe room with river view was so comfortable and well presented , breakfast was really good and included in price . staff couldn’t do enough for you so nice and welcoming , the pool choices were really good and had a massage at the spa which was incredible but a little pricey

    We had a room on the top floor. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely big comfortable bed, large fridge, dressing gown and slippers, complimentary tea and coffee. Loved the view from the balcony - the sea, beach and trees. Great massages, lovely clean pool, easy access to beach, local restaurants, and shops. Tuk tuks and 7/11 right outside. We mainly used the hotel as a base, room only basis. Had breakfast once, it was very nice.

    The resort is amazing! The bedroom pool is very big and spacious. The staff members are so welcoming, kind, and helpful! The hotel is super clean and the bungalows are very spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options, very high quality. Recommended for couples that want to relax!
