    Luxury environment and great facilities! We visited Conrad for our second time and we are glad we did! King corner room is spacious with a beautiful bathtab next to the wondow to enjoy the view! Swimming pool with a jacuzzi area, gym with a sauna,relaxation without compromise! Angela from Events was courteous enough to engage in conversation with us while we were waiting for our taxi and she did so with a smile! First class lady!

    The room was very comfortable. I had the spa hot tub room. It was nice to relax in after a long flight from England. Staff spoke very good English and are very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

    This is easily the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Love the location - with a food court, After You desserts cafe, convenience shop just downstairs. Let's Relax massage is just 2 minutes walk away on the overhead bridge. Hotel is linked directly to BTS station and airport rail link. Room is comfortably large with more than enough space for a couple. Breakfast is reasonably priced at 600 baht for a wide selection. Definitely value for money.

    The staff were always attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The room was always immaculate when we come back from the day. The place was relaxing and the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast was a curated selection, all were delicious and filling. The massage at the spa was also great
