We had a wonderful stay in Lakeside. It was a well-appointed and generously sized private space that looked just like the publicity photographs. The breakfasts offered featured variety and quality, while the BBQ service was wonderful as well. The host, Sann, deserves special mention for seeing to our every need, round the clock, through responsive management of WhatsApp messaging.

I took suite room for 2 adults and my 3 years old. Very satisfied with room. Its clean. Bed was amazing. My kid love the room. The hotel surrounding was amazing. Staff is amazing from the moment we checked in. Overall wonderful stay. Will go back for sure.

Beautiful accomodation - definitely not “Thai style” if that’s what you’re after. It’s cutely English-themed. I broke my arm while we were here and the staff were BEYOND helpful. Went to the pharmacy for us, helped organise travel, helped me plate my food at the amazing buffet breakfast. Loved them. The room itself was gorgeous too, all lovely quality fittings and felt so new.
