The room was absolutely stunning, the interior is very modern and stylish. The private swimming pool is great, refreshing and clean. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast options were quite decent - not repeating every day.

Very clean and tidy room. The staff is wonderful, always smiling, and although they were having a problem with the card keys they were really helpful. For families with kids it s a very nice and welcoming place. Surin beach is calm and for pelple who want to stay away from all the mess in other Phuket areas, and this hotel is perfect for relaxation. Nice balcony and spacious bathroom. I loved my stay.

The place is like a little corner of one own’s paradise. The villa is spacious, with an amazing design, just like in the photos (or even better than in the photos). It exceeded our expectations. There is high quality in every detail. We enjoyed the pool in the morning while having our coffee and even at night before going to sleep :). The complex of villas is located in one of the most beautiful areas of phuket, at the entrance in Laguna Complex. The road to the beach passes, which is of approx 3 km, passes through a wonderful area, with luxury hotels, parks and good infrastructure. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen, in a natural reservation, not crowded, quiet and surrounded by vegetation. The italian restaurant nearby is very good and they deliver directly to the villa. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, pastries in the area.

I think it was my third time visiting this hotel for the past 10 years, and I have always enjoyed my stay here so far. I believe that Banyan Tree is one of the best hotels to stay while you are visiting Phuket, as it provides you with everything you need - a range of good restaurants, fine in-room dining, leisure facilities, etc. The hotel’s staff is also extremely polite and helpful.
