I was pleasantly surprised to discover a lifestyle hotel of this standard in Tunisia. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was really big and had a bathroom for every bedroom. The big indoor ‘water park’ was a great addition at this shoulder season. The small mall nearby had a fine supermarket and a café that also made food to-go. Quite convenient.

The location was perfect and had easy access to all routes. Walking distance to dining areas. Breakfast was good. Inside pools to cool off or warm up, lovely. Great terrace views.

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.
