The staff, especially Ibrahim who made sure all our needs were met especially during breakfast time and went out of his way during our stay. Also giving us a later check out enabled us to reach the airport fresh and stress free. Stayed in the Residence Tunis twice during my trip. The staff treated me in a very special way from check-in to check-out. When returned for my second stay I was warmly welcomed, felt like home with family. Rooms are super clean, breakfast is delicious with variety of food. Staff were smazing. Mehdi at reception was very informed to surrounding shops/restaurants. Kept our bags for 2 days before check in. Were also fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite. Hotel is trendy yet functional at the same time.

We loved our experience at this hotel! It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!
