I stayed at Suhan during my recent visit to Avanos, and it was an excellent experience overall. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities — especially the spa and swimming pool — were great places to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was rich in variety and taste, offering both local and international options. The restaurant staff were polite and provided quick service. The location is also perfect, close to the main attractions of Cappadocia yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed hotel that I’d definitely recommend to both business and leisure travelers. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Cappadocia.

An ideal place to relax! Very polite staff, all of them! You feel like you are not just a client in this hotel, but a welcome guest! They will help you organize your vacation: a hot air balloon flight, excursions (both group and private), quad bike rides, and they will also pick you up / take you from the airport. There are also wonderful breakfasts, very varied. Live music in the evenings, very high-quality cocktails, delicious hookah. The hotel is located on the top, from where a beautiful view of the balloons opens, a 5-minute walk from the observation deck. I will note about the rooms - very clean, spacious, there are all the bathroom accessories, a bathrobe, slippers. Also in the refrigerator there is a free bottle of wine, drinks, water. In the room there is a coffee machine with capsules. I do not know what can be done even better than this hotel was able to do for its clients. Artemis is the best hotel !!! And the restaurant, by the way, too!

The staff was warm, very reactive and super attentive : the receptionists were very helpful, they arranged a lot of our bookings (a great hot air balloon ride, airport transfers). We had a medical emergency and they provided the best of help and support. At the breakfast, we were attended with the best service as well. The wellness center (sauna, turkish bath), a well garnished breakfast buffet and the private chimney completed our amazing experience at Anatolian Houses. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!
