Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent balcony to watch the balloons. Location was very good we felt, not too close to be noisy. Very cute cats we fed the black and white kitten while there.

Everything! Staff is very friendly, they let us stay in the hotel before check in and after check out and even let us use the shower. The room is spacious, and decoration is really beautiful! We especially Iove the fireplace. The 2 kittens are so lovely and I hope they are safe and grow up strong! Location is good- just a short 10 mins walk to centre

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I was truly delighted when I first saw the room and experienced the hotel's exceptional location. When choosing a hotel, I focused on its location, as many hotels in the area are situated on elevated terrain, making access difficult without a car. This hotel's location was perfect. Another highlight was the hotel's restaurant, which immediately caught my attention. The breakfasts were absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to Fatma and Ismail for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and radiant smiles. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and there is an open rooftop terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons. We chose a room with a terrace; although the hotel faces away from the valley where the balloons rise, stepping onto the terrace and looking to the side offers a beautiful view. The rooftop terrace itself is simple, not overly decorated for photoshoots, but perfect for enjoying the balloon views without any extra cost. The hotel's design is elegant and thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like the hotel had just been built—everything was so new, fresh, and well-maintained. I later learned that it was considered one of the best in the area, though I hadn’t realized that before booking. And as a final touch, my heart was completely stolen by the hotel’s adorable Jack Russell Terrier, Daisy—an absolute little sweetheart! We stayed for three nights in February, and the heated floors were an absolute delight—such a thoughtful feature for the colder season. I highly recommend this hotel; it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss! All the photos were taken by me at the hotel, and the photo with the ball was taken from the terrace of our room.

spectacular little hotel overlooking Goreme - the views are unbeatable, especially during sunset. Beautiful terrace for enjoying the view and lounging about. The staff were all exceptionally friendly - from answering questions prior to check-in, to organising tours for us. Special shout out to Sadra (?) the bartender - he made us the most incredible cocktails some of which were off the menu. Breakfast was amazing - super filling and everything you could want. There is a spa on-site where hotel guests get a discount - we did the hammam and massage which were excellent

Amazing location in Goreme. Very close to sights around. Our room (family room with mezzanine) was very comfortable.

The view is amazing as it's on top of a hill, you can see everything including the balloons in the morning. Love the breakfast spread!!

I recommend the hotel, we will stay next time and invite friends. The room was cozy, with all the necessary amenities, things and details in it! A delicious breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful panorama will remain in our memory for a long time. Very hospitable family and hotel staff. We even felt a special attitude. For example, we needed to cook meat for our dog - please, no problem, help with excursions, taxis, transfers - that's for sure. Choose this hotel without thinking!
