The location of the property is perfect and the city is also very clean and well laid out. The staff at the reception, Ms.Salma was very patient in letting us know about the things to do. The room that we stayed was very nice and colourful! The staff were all very helpful and could convesre in English. The Kayseri castle is just down the road and it is a very pleasant walk along the tramline. The city square opp. to the castle is a very happening place and gives a character to the City. We wished we could have stayed here and done Capadocya but may not be suitable for the early morning (4.30am) balloon safari. Otherwise, very near to Capadocya and a good, reasonably priced hotel.

I stayed at Fier Life with my son and sister with downsyndrome during our ski holiday in Erciyes. Unfortunately I had an accident and was taken to hospital. The staff of the hotel looked after my family attentively until I got back. As we were able to experience (as I couldn't leave the hotel for three days) the hotel has everything you may need to have a calm relaxing and enjoyable time. The terrace roof performances and food quality was outstanding and the restaurant downstairs is still spoken of by my family. Breakfast hosted a wide variety asbwell as freshly cooked bespoke omelette with outstanding views. The food, comfort and abundant activities (including greatly priced hair dresser) made our stay in Kayseri enjoyable despite my broken arm. The staff were attentive and caring and catered to every single need I had. If you want an affordable hotel for skiing, rafting, cappadocia tours and general shopping Fier Life is your place to be. We will definitely be returning. (A late review a from someone recently freed from cast)

Not far at all from city center, close to hospitals, Anatolia Park Hotel is a clean, comfy place. Has its own SPA, the staff is friendly and helpful. You feel at home. I recommend warmly.
