We absolutely loved this place, people, activities and food. It was pure comfort from the moment we arrived until we left. There was always something to do, although it was a rainy week in the spring. The staff provided great service in all areas, really top notch without being overwhelming. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So many drinks on offer as part of the all inclusive! Rooms are comfortable and well designed, the resort is beautiful with direct beach access. We would come back in a heartbeat.

All the staff were friendly, always willing to help and do the extra. We came a couple of times to meet Petals and ballons in the room. It is absolutely romantic. The food was awesome. The location was good. The staff in the restaurant won't stop until you are satisfied. I will definitely come again.

I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and I have to say this is one of the best. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant even though busy did not feel like a school canteen. The food was made with fresh produce and they offered a variety of different options. The stations where kept full until closed. They also had signature Restaurants to book and a pool bar / food throughout the day. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from their private beach. They have transport every 30 minutes if needed. There is a bar and restaurant also located at the beach area. They have a small water park to the back of the hotel. During the day they have pool activities and a beautiful spa. Yelda is an excellent beautician. I would recommend the hydra facial. Memo is a good sales person. In the evening they had entertainment for both adults and children and they also had a day club for the little ones. Even though the hotel was busy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

I loved every moment of our stay at Kremlin palace. The staff. The pools. The beach. The variety of food and drinks. The entertainment and the entertainment crew are all awesome. Guest services checked in on us daily to ensure we were having a great time and had what we needed. We loved every minute of our stay , the hotel , the staff and facilities were exceptional! The staff worked so hard , always happy and smiling , and ensuring we had everything we needed and more ! Food choice was great and plenty of it .. we will return very soon The customer relations manager , Omar , was so helpful and went out of his way to cater for all needs … he couldn’t do enough for all guests … All staff spoke and understood English .. wifi was good 👍
