The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to istanbul main attractions. And near the tram to explore the city. Design-wise the hotel is very beautiful, and the rooms comfortable. The staff was very polite, and helped us out with everything. Especially Aydin!

What a fantastic stay at the Aprilis Deluxe Hotel! First and foremost the staff was incredible!! Salmaan especially at the front desk was ready and happy to help anytime with anything. Every request was met with a smile and promptness. Even when we were leaving they even verified we got on the right taxi and the right airport. Absolutely exceptional customer service. We got a complementary upgrade and the room was splendid! The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything. The location of the hotel is in excellent area and just minutes from main attractions. Absolutely loved our stay here!
