I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A big shout out to David, Bilal, Erkan, Meryem, Zekeria and Birgyul. They were outstanding in attending my request. We arrived at about 9am and to my surprise David got a room ready for me. Erkan assisted us with our luggage upon check in and check out. Bilal assisted me in storing my luggage safely while waiting for my airport transfer late evening. Zekeria was always kind in offering us coffee and tea on the house each time he saw me at the lobby. Meryem took care of our breakfast. Rooms were very cleaned by Birgyul and she ensured that we had enough coffee, water and toiletries . The hotel offered us turkish bath but since i've booked one elsewhere, I skipped it. The location is so central to most attractions like Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market. Tram station is a minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants closeby and taxi waits for you right outside the Hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to istanbul main attractions. And near the tram to explore the city. Design-wise the hotel is very beautiful, and the rooms comfortable. The staff was very polite, and helped us out with everything. Especially Aydin!
