An excellent, truly authentic cave hotel! The service is outstanding — including valet parking, luggage handling, a complimentary fruit plate, and a manager who is both very friendly and extremely thorough in his explanations. The swimming pool is much larger than shown in the pictures, and there’s also a wonderful Turkish bath. The terrace is absolutely stunning — dining there while enjoying the evening breeze was such a unique and unforgettable experience. And especially the dinner (à la carte): every dish marked with a 🏅 was absolutely delicious!

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

I absolutely love, love, love our stay here. Service was top-notch from email communications, restaurant reservation requests, check-in, check-out, transfers within the property, and transfer to Urgup restaurants. Views from the Maide Restaurant and from any balcony places are simply stunning. The room is both authentic and modern. We booked a Prime Room which is already spacious for us. We are a couple travelling with 2 other couples.
