The hotel was amazing. Spacious rooms, a spa area, and a beautiful outdoor area. It is a bit farther away from destinations than if you were in Goreme, but its easy to travel with taxi. Şevval especially was always friendly and helpful, as well as Mehmet and Batuhan. Would go again.

Splendid. An absolute 7 star property and accommodation. Among 21 countries and hundreds of cities and even more properties we’ve visited/stayed at, this ranks among the very top. Everything about the place oozes class. Hospitality is mind blowing, the rooms are uber clean, the people are so nice and welcoming that after a point you feel treated like a royal. One can just see the place and know that there are no corners cut, it simply exudes so much sophistication and grandeur. Restaurant is among the top places in the Cappadocia area and has a very interesting mix of cuisines and food. Very rarely have we left a place with a heavy heart wishing we had a lot more time and hoping for another return. A special mention to Mahsima, the guest relations person, who truly went out of her way to make our stay exceptionally nice. Special thanks also to Samira, Salih and Erdogan. We are vegetarians and that brings an added complication to the palette, but every meal we had at the restaurant, the three of them took utmost care, went above and beyond and even customized some of the items for our requirements. And towards the end the folks at the hotel were so nice that we were even offered a gift upon our leaving. I can’t quite put to words how we truly feel and felt about Ajwa Cappadocia. But we really can’t recommend it enough. We may probably encourage and recommend Turkey to more people just to visit and stay and experience Ajwa. Thoroughly impressed, hats off and a heartfelt thanks to Ajwa! Hope to see you again sometime soon.

The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Only 1 km from Urgup's town centre, Kayakapi Premium Caves is set in restored historical caves. It offers free WiFi and elegantly-decorated suites with Cappadocia views.

Very unique hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and helpful at all times. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection and very tasty. Parking was as a valet service which was incredibly helpful.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super helpful. The owners even drove us to the airport themselves and brought back some souvenirs we left at a nearby restaurant by accident. They even waited for us to check-in at 3am. Overall a great experience.
