Had an amazing stay at UNGVARSKIY THERMAL! From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome—they truly cared about making my trip special. Check-in was super easy; they even gave me great tips on what to see and do nearby. My room was perfect—clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The bed was dreamy, and I loved all the little extras like complimentary water. It felt like every detail was carefully thought out. The thermal facilities were a total game-changer. Seriously, the pools and wellness area were so relaxing—I could’ve stayed there all day. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast? Incredible! So many options and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is awesome too—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I wanted to explore. It really felt like the perfect escape. All in all, I was blown away by my experience at Ungvarskiy Thermal. This is it if you’re looking for a place to relax and get treated like royalty. I’m already planning my next trip back!

    It's such a pleasure to stay in such a nice hotel. The room was big, sparkling clean, new furniture and kitchen. Blackout curtains, very comfy bed, the room itself was very quiet as well. The breakfast was nice as well. I regret I didn't stay in this place during my previous visits to Ukraine.

    Very stylish hotel, I loved the textures and colors. Limoncello restaurant was the best ! The sauna in the spa was too good, so I regret we could not use it in the morning as it opens only at 3pm - but luckily we could still have enough 😉

    Friendly staff, very clean rooms, very new buidling. Spa is included and is very nice - during our stay it was not to crowded therefore great. Breakfast was very good and has plenty of dishes - and very important from my point of view - warm dishes are kept warm. In addition to that is it possible to use the SpaCenter on the last day even after check out :)

    Everything was very new and clean, staff were very polite and welcoming, very huge variety of food in the breakfast menu and was very delicious. And the main thing was that the Spa was included in the price and you could go whatever time you wanted. Very recommended, will definitely come again!
