Beautiful, clean hotel in center of town. Friendly staff, comfortable room.

The house is very spacious, extremely well and nicely equipped. There is street entrance and yard/terrace entrance so it is very convenient if you want to enjoy the yard and entrance to waters surrounding the Duck Key. There is plenty of equipment for every activity, beach cooler, kayaks, small coolers, foldable seats, blankets, umbrellas etc. Kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare any meal. I particularly liked the coffee stand and welcome basket.

The resort is beautiful, well maintained, white sands with coconut trees, nice beach (although relatively small), great pool and multiple smaller pool spread along the resort so it’s never too crowded, excellent pool bar that serves great cocktails and good food. There are fire tables and live music every evening and the atmosphere is serene. The on site restaurant (Mahina) is very good, offers excellent options. There are fire staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with coffee machine and minibar. The resort offers variety of activities- kayak, sap, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving… The location for us was great- it’s about 2/3 of the way from Miami to Key West so it’s not too far from either, very convenient drive to KW. Nearby the resort there’s a nice commercial center with supermarket and liquor store so it’s not too was great. Marathon itself isn’t very interesting and in my opinion there aren’t many things to do so if you’re looking for fancier stuff (restaurants, outlets etc.) you’ll have to drive a bit, which for us was fine since we stayed at the resort most of the time. To summarize- beautiful resort, peaceful, high quality, good service, great facilities, beautiful beach and pools, good food, picturesque, place for real vacation and relaxation.

It was a beautiful resort. Comfortable rooms and the view we had from the room was spectacular. We had a great time in the Coral Cay area since there weren’t many people. It’s a wonderful place to swim at the pool and do other fun activities like bike riding around the resort.

Everything about the house! You have the whole place right next to the water.. fully functional, fully equipped and then some. Would love to come back to this place more often. The host is very responsive and helpful. 3bd3ba, parking, hammock, hot water tub, lounge chairs, TVs, games, books, laundry facilities and the view!

Location great, all staff fantastic except hotel gift store (the lady is unfriendly and complains when you pay with cash), beautiful grounds, wonderful pools just close way to early, good food just extremely over priced and charge only to your room with a service fee plus ask for tip (not pleased), roach in our villa, had a splash pool supposedly but it was a hot tub that didn't work anymore, beautiful views from back deck but couldn't walk on boardwalk, it was blocked off because a portion was damaged, lots of towels in villas (loved that). Wonderful supply towels by pools and sometimes they were even warm, fantastic touch. Resort doors opened for us by staff and very welcoming! Puttputt was a joke, sorry. Dolphin information was great!
