I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

I specially loved the lobby where we had a great aperitif in the afternoon and the pools near the beach, the gym and the restaurant. Our room was amazing , so spacious, comfortable and there was a super nice view.

The rooms were clean and big, the personnel was always friendly and helpful! Even when we had a medical emergency, we were supported in the most helpful way. The pool was the highlight for the kids! It was a bit small but heated and had a nice atmosphere. The beach was just a few hundred metres away as well as a CVS for basic needs. The restaurant in house „The Tavern“ was a bit pricey but the food was excellent and we went there almost every night despite other restaurant choices in the area. The shuttle train to south beach as well as the AirPort Express bus stop were around the corner. So convenient! We would definitely book here again!

The location of the hotel is perfect—just steps away from Ocean Drive, Española Way, and Lincoln Road. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and quiet, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. If I come to Miami again, I would definitely stay here!

Exceptional position. The hotel is located on Ocean Drive in the best part of South Beach. Restaurants and cafes are in front of the hotel itself. The beach is right across the street. We had an early check-in immediately upon arrival. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. Nice big bathroom. There is no noise from the crowded street in the room. Had a wonderful view from the room on the beach. Lovely pool. Wonderful staff.

They were absolutely exceptional with our daughter, showing not only great professionalism but also genuine affection, which touched us deeply. The staff was really nice. They checked us in early, and on day of checkout we completely forgot that we had to checkout at 11 and they didn’t give us any stick for coming back to the hotel to check out at 12.30. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Location was nice and by the beach.
