I liked to be on top of Snob hill ! Very nice staff everywhere. I’d like to return. I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast - the bacon was sloppy and afterwards I was told that I should have asked for crispy!!

The Rooms are nice, Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Concierge team is excellent!! Location is great and you feel in the middle of the city. Some good restaurants are nearby which makes it easy on food choices. Breakfast was decent.

Lovely hotel. Great room size and bathroom. Booked it to be closer to the harbour to see the NYE fireworks. However the staff were the true highlight, just an amazing team from the concierge to the front desk. I know the some reviewers have said it was overpriced but I think the customer service definitely matched the price point.
