The hotel is located in a good location in the old city of Samarkand. There are two main streets in the city on both sides, one is the food street, and the other is the street with dense cultural and historical units. It is easy to walk to Registan Square, or you only cost 1 US dollar to take a taxi from the hotel to there. The hotel is very new, and the decoration and furniture of the interior rooms are all luxury home standards, very spacious and comfortable. The hotel manager and front desk are very warm and polite. They respond to guests' various requests promptly and tirelessly, making guests feel at home. We will definitely choose RIO hotel again when we visit Samarkand next time.

A very convenient location, neat and tidy place. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful especially Aziza at the front desk was very helpful. Quality of breakfast was great. Great value for money indeed.

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.
