my stay here was an amazing experience! The location is the directly in the center of old Hanoi and the staff is very forthcoming and Helpful! Mr Max and his team (Luna, Anh, Pete, Violet) helped with booking an extra trip, checking in and were exceptionally nice!

Stayed here once solo at the start of my trip in Vietnam and then again with a friend because I enjoyed it so much. Everyone who works at Eliana is so helpful and friendly, they really go above and beyond to make sure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable time in Vietnam. Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Old quarter. Beautifully decorated and rooms are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic, kind and very helpful with tours and recomendations of places to eat and drink and even a map! Would cerainly recomend to anyone visitig Hanoi

The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.
