The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful. New structure and everything super clean. We tried the spa having done a Vietnamese massage. I can only recommend it to anyone. If we ever return to Hanoi, this will be the hotel to come to. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Everything was fantastic. Lot of hotels aren't like in the photos but this one is exactly as you see, so it's new, clean and luxurious. Staff were Exceptional. My father got lost while we were waiting but in a hurry to catch a bus, and a staff, Henry, helped locate and fetch him on motorbike. Other staff were also very nice and eager to offer recommendations and help. Comfy and large beds, clean bathrooms too. I highly recommend the place.

The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.
