Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance: The rooms was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Restaurant food was very delicious. The pool was just the right temperature.

Beautiful new resort! The landscape is very relaxing! Highlight were the friendly staff and who were Very accommodating! I am a picky strict vegetarian allergic to some vegetables and pregnant, ready to work with the menu and the staff (especially Dio) made sure that I knew they had options for me. Surroundings are scarce but there is a lot of construction happening awhile away in the town which will have more amenities/activities over time. But many would love to just relax in the space. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Excellent new property, cosy and comfortable. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, polite and always ready to help. We have been often proactively asked if any help is needed. Hotel team is an excellent asset of this company. We are really appreciate care and support we have been provided with during our stay. Language was a problem sometime, but people tried their best to overcome it.

We have an amazing time in Meliá at Ho Tram. The ladies working with the kids and the kids club were amazing, loving and caring. My daughter stayed there for lots of time and we always feel secure and relax!!! The take care of our gluten free diet and vegan requires in a very professional way!

Our recent stay at the hotel was pleasant, marked by its beautiful surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's grounds are well-kept, offering a tranquil retreat. However, we suggest an improvement regarding access to drinking water. As tap water isn't drinkable and buying bottled water can be inconvenient, providing guests with easier access to fresh water would be a significant enhancement to their comfort and overall experience.

The property was beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with pool. It was so spacious and modern, the facilities were immaculate and the service was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend.
