The Ma'am that assisted us was very much friendly and accommodating forgot her name, even though there was no water it was understandable because it wasn't their fault but she was very much helpful and thank you for that.

Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and the bed comfortable. Great location; Shops and restaurants are literally downstairs. The WiFi was strong and I did not experience any Loadsheding during my stay, I watched Netflix uninterrupted. The water is always hot and I liked the idea of having soap & lotion in the shower. Iron and heater is available plus an extra blanket. The host is courteous & friendly. Check in & out was simple. I highly recommend it and I will most definitely return.
