There were no problems at all. All the amenities and facilities were excellent, exactly as described. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Located in a very beautiful and quiet area. The breakfast was exceptional. If we visit this place again, it will be our first choice. I highly recommend it.

I easily collected the keys from the hotel reception and I had all the support I needed. The studio is a little bit small for 4 people, but it was described correctly so I knew what to expect. We got a very good stay for the price we payed so it was a great deal for us. Gosau is a very nice village, easy to get to great local attractions (lakes, hiking areas, cycling routes, Halstad town, etc) Overall we had a great stay here and the host made us feel welcome!

The property is directly connected to Hotel Royal Bad Ischl through a heated walkway, the spa centre features a water park with indoor and outdoor pools, a large sauna area, and a wide range of massage and beauty treatments. Both the breakfast and dinners were outstanding. I was highly satisfied with selection of fruits, breads, eggs dishes, fresh vegetables, juices, etc. Likewise with dinners. The staff was friendly, always trying to please us.

Accomodation was awesome, super clean, and the kitchen had everything, fancy silverware, coffee, snacks, salt n pepper, oil and even rubber bands and zipper bags. They had toys, books, and games too! Plus, a washing machine with soap and a dishwasher with tabs. The host really thought of everything. Gosau is like a murren/ wengen type village with cars but not touristy. Grocery store was also nearby. Lobby has resort like vibe.

The accommodation features private check-in and check-out and a minimarket for guests. Everything was super clean, the communication with Franz was easy and there was no issue at all. The garage spot is a huge plus. We will definitely come back in case we will head to Austria again.
