The staff was amazing, very welcoming and nice. The room was big and spacious and the coffee at breakfast was amazing.

A sauna and steam bath can be used free of charge. Free WiFi is available. This is a remarkable little hotel. I was there for almost a week. The location is great, it's absolutely gorgeous, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts delicious. I'll be back for certain!

In the morning a rich Viennese breakfast buffet is served. Drinks and snacks are served at the bar and in the winter garden. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful facility, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location to get to know Viena: not in the midst of mass tourism areas, but a short walking distance from beautiful and vibrant Karlsplatz and its public transportation node. The service at the hotel was very efficient, professional and discreet. Great breakfast by all standards! Our room (junior suite) was big, well furnished and well equiped, perfectly quiet. A GREAT place altogether! I would go again without thinking twice.

7 km from Belvedere Palace in Vienna, GRÜN & URBAN - direkt an der Therme - 15 Minuten ins Zentrum offers accommodation with access to a fitness room. It is situated 6.5 km from Vienna Main Railway Station and provides a lift. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Good apartments in a good location, 15 minutes to the center. There is everything you need, including an iron and a first aid kit, which came in handy for me. Convenient check-in and check-out. There is a balcony and large spacious windows. Nearby is a nice park for walking dogs and there is also a pastry shop nearby. In general, I liked everything. It would be great if you could add some cosmetics such as shower gel, lotion (not just shampoo). These are trifles, of course, but it would be nice 😊

The hotel is great, the room comfortable, bright, nice view, excellent spa and swimming pool with good opening hours which allows to enjoy it before and after work while on a business trip. The only thing that I really missed was a full size mirror in the room - to check your look as a whole before leaving the room.
