One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

After a day of sightseeing, guests can relax at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. It features the largest indoor pool in the center of Vienna with underwater music, a fitness room, separate saunas and steam baths for men and women, and three spa suites for spa treatments with Susanne Kaufmann products. Everything is great. Executive lounge is a great plus since we have a 5 years old, it’s very convenient to have light food and drink, and rest in the lounge after a long walk in the city. The staff are super helpful and super nice to the children.

Words fail to express my appreciation for the experience. Everything is perfect. Professionalism at its best. The location is ten minutes walk from all sites of interest, breakfast is superb, the room is spotless and comfortable and the premises are welcoming and accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. Value wise the best choice for an exceptional stay in Vienna . Highly recommended.

7 km from Belvedere Palace in Vienna, GRÜN & URBAN - direkt an der Therme - 15 Minuten ins Zentrum offers accommodation with access to a fitness room. It is situated 6.5 km from Vienna Main Railway Station and provides a lift. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment. Super comfortable equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay. Klaus was very kind and responsive and prepared very detailed info for self check in which was very convenient. Subway station was very close, and its not that far from the city as it looks on the map. Will definitely be back when visiting Vienna in the future!

Guests staying at the hotel have access to the in-house spa and wellness centre which includes a sauna. The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.

At the in-house wellness area Arany Spa guests can indulge in a vast selection of relaxing beauty and body treatments or exercise at the state-of-the-art fitness centre and at the 15-metre-long indoor swimming pool. The location and the facilities were excellent.
