Everything is great, breakfast had a lot of choices and tasty, pool was clean and big, there is parking of the hotel, entrance with parking ticket that needs to be presented before checking out.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.

Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

We very much enjoined our stay with Armaco Residence, specially the staff, the hotel facilities (excellent spa), excellent a la carte breakfast and most of all - a wonderfull dinner in the hotel's restaurant Ednorog - delicious food, all made from fresh local products, for a very decent price.

The location is perfect — just a few minutes walking to restaurants and the Musala trail. The apartment is fine — nothing special but good for the price and location.

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

The guest house has a children's playground and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Clean and large rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very delicious! Spa was clean and hot. Nice backyard with playground for kids

The wellness zone is free of charge for hotel guests and includes Finnish and Herbal Saunas, Steam room, Ice Room, Swimming Pool and a Turkish Bath. Massages are available at an extra cost. During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Everything was great! The room size, the food, the view of the slope, the facilities, play room and kids club and of course the gala dinner ! We absolutely loved it and next time in Borovets we'll stay at Inglika!
