We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Offering on-site dining and an indoor pool, this hotel is located inside of the Vancouver International Airport. Guests can the on-site spa and fitness centre. A cable TV is included in each guest room. The previous comments say it all, but I just want to confirm that this is a top-notch perfect hotel. Every single aspect of this hotel is best in class. The hotel itself is luxury at its purest, very spacious, nice bathroom, bathtub and shower, very comfortable bed. (Deluxe Room). The view at the runway is unique and super impressive. The location could not be better. Right in the center of the airport, so arriving in or departing from Vancouver could not be more comfortable nor easier. The staff was more than friendly, we received a late checkout free of charge, and everybody we encountered was more than friendly. Thank you to all the team for being so passionate about the hotel, I hardly ever experienced this consistency of kindness in a hotel which felt authentic. Flying to Vancouver next time, our first and last night will be in the Fairmont Airport Hotel, that’s for sure.

Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the children's playground, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. Friendly people, comfortable, lots of thoughtful touches. Super cute and friendly customer service dog. Also, you can basically have a full hamam experience with their steam room, pool, hottub, and sauna.

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
