From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Guest rooms at the Sterling Inn & Spa contains a mini fridge, coffee maker and cable TV. Rooms feature either a 2-person spa bath or an in-shower steam unit. I got an upgrade to a huge room with a spa. The room was fantastic with all amenities one can think of. The breakfast, served on the room, was healthy and delicious.
