Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion. Rooms are very clean, organized, housekeeping almost every time you leave the room on top of night service before you go to bed to ensure we have everything we need in the room.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Amazing place. We ended up staying there for two weeks…from a two day plan. Very friendly staff and so accommodating. Felt like home away from home 😍.

Receptionist was very helpful giving me a map , explaining clearly where to go , she gave me good restaurant recommendations , hotel was very clean , I liked it , I’d look for a Novotel again , I’d never stayed in one until this time .
