A wide range of beauty treatments and massages are available. Everything was exceptional! I want to say that the receptionist Cecile was very helpful and kind!

The latter features an indoor pool, a hot tub, a hammam, a sauna, fitness equipment, and a Pilates centre. Massage treatments and balneotherapy are also available. Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. This was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at,the facilities, room, staff, location, view and amenities were just all superb. Truly a memorable experience.

They answered all our questions and helped us figure out the best ways to get around — I can’t say enough about this exceptional team! The fine dining restaurant Il Lago serves Italian cuisine and local products and features wines of Italy, France and Switzerland. At the Bar des Bergues, guests can enjoy drinks in a fine atmosphere. Buffet breakfast with a hot dish is available.

The spa area includes an indoor infinity-edge pool and a fitness room. Massages are available on request, also in the rooms. The staff were absolutely faultless

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.

Access to the spa area is not permitted for children under 14 years and a daytime (09:00 to 18:00) childcare centre is available free of charge at the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. The place was excellent and very clean. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness room, sauna and hammam. Super comfortable beds, immaculate room and amazing friendly service right from the valet, the concierge, and till the end of our stay. Will surely return to this fabulous Fairmont le Montreux Palace!!
