The latter features an indoor pool, a hot tub, a hammam, a sauna, fitness equipment, and a Pilates centre. Massage treatments and balneotherapy are also available. Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. This was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at,the facilities, room, staff, location, view and amenities were just all superb. Truly a memorable experience.

From the moment we arrived, the amazing reception team made us feel truly welcome. They answered all our questions and helped us figure out the best ways to get around — I can’t say enough about this exceptional team! The hotel itself is spotless, with everything fresh, new, and of high quality. Highly recommended!

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.

Access to the spa area is not permitted for children under 14 years and a daytime (09:00 to 18:00) childcare centre is available free of charge at the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always on hand to help. The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

At the Puressens Spa, a wide range of treatments are offered using the finest products and the latest technologies in one of the most beautiful and intimate settings. Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! Breakfast was excellent (and the cafe with the terrace), the room was clean and comfy, special thanks to Emma at the reception desk

It offers an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness room, sauna and hammam. Super comfortable beds, immaculate room and amazing friendly service right from the valet, the concierge, and till the end of our stay. Will surely return to this fabulous Fairmont le Montreux Palace!!
