The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Amazing pool and comfortable sun beds. Live music and very romantic dinner area. Perfect location, it’s very close to Lugano and in the same time is very calm and relaxing. Thanks to Jasmin that grows near the pool, the smell was so good! Perfect place to relax in summer and winter!

It features indoor and outdoor heated pools, water features, a park and 2 conference rooms. Exceptional Stay – Worth Every Penny! I only stayed for one night, but this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. Every detail was well taken care of, making my stay truly enjoyable. It was worth every penny! A fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Mediterranean Restaurant "La Favola" with panoramic terrace and exclusive Japanese Restaurant Tsukimi Tei with Live cooking and Teppanyaki specialties. the view was very nice and the room was so clean
