Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new year’s eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing pool and comfortable sun beds. Live music and very romantic dinner area. Perfect location, it’s very close to Lugano and in the same time is very calm and relaxing. Thanks to Jasmin that grows near the pool, the smell was so good! Perfect place to relax in summer and winter!

It features indoor and outdoor heated pools, water features, a park and 2 conference rooms. Beautiful setting , amazing spa facilities, room was clean and very comfortable . The bar was also great and i enjoyed chatting to the barman who was very knowledgeable and helpful about the wine

Mediterranean Restaurant "La Favola" with panoramic terrace and exclusive Japanese Restaurant Tsukimi Tei with Live cooking and Teppanyaki specialties. The view is amazing! The room on the tip floor is marvelous! Thank you for the nice unforgettable weekend.
