There kitchen is well equiped for self catering, the infra sauna is a nice to have after a day of skiing or hiking. There are also some board games and books for kids. It is located close to the train station and to shops. The host was communicative and nice. Note that the apartment is on multiple levels with stairs in between.

The place looks like a little oasis in itself and has everything you need. There was a lot of effort put in the details for the amneties that made it feel like home. The host is very accomodating and responsive. The location is great as well.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!! The hotel features a sauna, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Very helpful and kind staff, due to our schedule we had to breakfast early in the morning (before the opening time), there was no problem. Very clean, spacious rooms, quiet location, good restaurant. The dinner was awesome.

The Rigi Kaltbad Quality Hotel also features an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness centre, hot tub, sauna, sun bed and steam bath can all be used on site. They explained well how to get to the hotel when coming from other places like Lucerne. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially from the Mineralbad hot springs. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel in the bar area and really enjoyed all of the food. Our server was engaging and friendly. The front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave the mountain very early to catch the ferry back to Lucerne. They helped me figure out the time we had to leave the hotel in order to make it to our destination in time for our pre-planned event.
