Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

Walking tours and bike tours are possible within the area, and the bed and breakfast offers ski storage space. What an exceptional and lovely place to stay! The dutch owners are an amazing and caring couple, made our stay more personal with their good vibe. The breakfast and the coffee was plenty and delicious. The view is outstanding both from the room and the cantine. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt by car/train. We can't imagine a better place to stay!

It provided a perfect blend of luxury and practicality, making it ideal for both relaxation and extended stays. The hotel staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and an unforgettable view of Matterhorn
