All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a desk, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a patio with a city view. All guest rooms have a wardrobe. Our stay here was delightful. The owner is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The cafe is open in the afternoons too so it’s a great little place to have a drink and piece of cake after you’ve been out adventuring all day.

Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

The holiday home provides guests with a patio, a seating area, cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a toaster, and a private bathroom with bath and a hair dryer. A fridge and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the holiday home, every unit has bed linen and towels. The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The hotel features beauty treatments at the spa and offers guests the possibility to experience being a Baqueano, or Chilean cowboy during one of the several offered excursions. These excursions are included in the all-inclusive rates and are available for an extra fee with regular rates. Setting amazing. Log fire in breakfast buffet area very special. Staff super helpful and friendly. Wine and food excellent. Room very comfortable with great view.

The rooms have a view of the fjord, lots of lighting and spaciousness for optimal comfort. They also have a wooden covering that provides Patagonian warmth. The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.
