She was exceedingly helpful and patient with our queries and provided us thoughtful and very useful suggestions and recommendations. In particular, given that we didn't managed to get our train tickets to Shanghai given the prevailing typhoon, she helped coordinated transportation with the hotel to help bring us all the way to our next destination. She went all out of her way to help her customers and did all these invariably with politeness and respect. Her good services embodied all the values of what I thought were fine traditions of good hospitality and I am of the opinion that she has flew Hilton flag high. A certainly great asset to Hilton.
