The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help out. The highlight was absolutely the breakfast, which was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

If you have the chance to upgrade to a suite, do so, the view over the Kieler fjord is amazing with its large ferries sailing daily to Sweden and Norway and the smaller ferries to places like Laboe with its fish restaurants. The suite is beautifully furnished. Personnel are very friendly. Breakfast room and restaurant all excellent. As seniors we found the special parking spaces for seniors especially welcoming!

Super-central location in Kiel, colorful rooms with good space for a family and they were nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Extra plus with fussball-table in the entrance (that the kids loved). Good value for the money!

Located near a park and a few minutes walking from pedestrian area, this hotel is really nice and quiet. Room is small but comfortable, bathroom with spacious shower and toiletries, safe. Coffee and tea as well as water are available in the room. Breakfast buffet which offers a variety of choice. Parking available. You can also buy drinks at the reception. Bar is open in the evening and serves nice cocktails.

We had a very basic small room with a queen bed, large screen TV and little else. It was clean as a whistle. The bar/restaurant was great and provided relaxation room that was missing from our room. Breakfast buffet was 15 Euros each and was very good.

A perfect location for the fjord and train station access. Easy access by foot to the old town. The sauna and fitness centre were nice despite being small. The breakfast was great with many options, even vegan ones. The layout and arrangement is unique and can be very relaxing at the right times when not too busy. A recommended stay.
