The wine bar is closed on Sundays and local Bank holidays. This is a family-run small hotel which was comfortable and has a great personality. The superior room was a good size and has all the things you need including a kettle. Breakfast is in an attractive room and had good options. Staff were great. I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t take advantage of the wine bar but it looks cosy and welcoming.

Skagen Museum is 350 metres away. A limited number of free parking spaces are available on site. Lovely, clean hotel rooms. These were spacious and the beds were very comfy. Lots of choice at breakfast and this made the hotel good value. Very central location (a few mins from the station and lots of restaurants and shops). Staff were great and very accommodating. Nice to have tea and coffee available on the main corridor. Would definitely return.

Best Western Herman Bang's central location provides easy access to Frederikshavn's many shops and restaurants. Private parking spaces are found behind the hotel. Wonderful. Everything. Especially at midnight when we were welcomed practically as family.
