The personnel were extremely helpful, everyone was really nice and always happy to help. All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!
